Chiropractic Care
Dr. Michelle Leach, owner and operator of Heal by Hand Wellness Center, has been treating patients in the San Diego area since 2002. Chiropractic care is a hands-on approach to treating disorders of the musculoskeletal system, nervous system, and any health concerns that may stem from these disorders. At Heal by Hand, we commonly treat pain in the back, neck or overall joints; chronic headaches, migraines, or jaw tension; soft tissue or spinal system injuries from vehicle or work related accidents; digestive concerns, and overall tension in the body. In these and many other cases, a chiropractic adjustment may prove extremely helpful to restore joint mobility and relieve soft tissue pain and muscle tightness, so the affected area may heal.
Dr. Michelle’s caring and compassionate approach to chiropractic care may include examination, diagnosis, and subsequent treatment. She may also recommend exercise or lifestyle counseling, or complementary therapeutic treatments such as massage or acupuncture.
